The short version: the games collect nothing about you, send nothing anywhere, and work with no internet connection at all. The long version is below, because a store listing needs one.

What the games store, and where
Every mashfun game keeps your settings and your progress — things like your best times, your top-ten boards, and whether you have sound and haptics on — in the private storage that your phone gives the app. Nothing in that storage leaves your device. There is no server for it to go to.
That data is not encrypted or protected beyond the protection your operating system already gives an app’s private storage. It is removed when you uninstall the game. If you restore a device backup that includes app data, it comes back with it.
What is not collected
The games do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier, device identifier, or any other personal information. They do not build a profile of you and they do not track you across apps or websites.
They contain no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no third-party software development kits. The Sapper Squad build makes no network requests at all, which means there is no traffic for anyone to observe or intercept.
Children
These games are suitable for all ages and are not directed at children under 13 in particular. Because nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children either. No account can be created, no message can be sent to another player, and nothing can be purchased.
This website
mashfun.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Your language preference, if you choose one, is kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which — like any web host — processes the technical details of your connection, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the page and to block abuse. That processing is Cloudflare’s, governed by their own policy, and mashfun does not receive or keep those logs for its own purposes.
If you write to support
When you email [email protected], that message and your email address are received and read so your question can be answered. They are kept only as long as is useful for that, and are never used for marketing, never sold, and never passed to anyone else. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask in a reply and it will be.
Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. There is nothing to show, correct, export or delete, because none is held — except for any email you have sent to support, which can be deleted on request.
Changes to this policy
If a future game or a future version needs anything that this page says it does not do, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change. Significant changes will also be noted in the game’s store listing.
Game by game
Sapper Squad — Sapper Squad makes no network calls at all. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no crash reporting. Your settings and your top-ten times are written to your device’s own app storage and are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Clay Tales — Clay Tales is being built with no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no remote configuration, and it will run fully offline. This section will be updated with the shipped version’s specifics before release.
